Jetway Communications, the specialist PR agency for aviation, is pleased to introduce its newest team member, Strategic Communications Consultant, Katie Geraghty. With more than 10 years of experience in the passenger experience industry, Katie brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge, strategic acumen, and industry connections to Jetway Communications.

Prior to joining Jetway Communications, Katie served as Executive Director of the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), managed by Kellen Company, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the future of passenger experience. She led strategic initiatives, developed international award programs, and executed high-profile conferences with up to 5,000 attendees. Katie also worked closely with over 100+ global airlines and key industry vendors to drive innovation and enhance airline offerings worldwide.

“Katie’s deep understanding of the passenger experience landscape, positive team leadership, program management expertise and problem-solving skills are already benefitting our agency and our valued clients,” said Maryann Simson, Director of Jetway Communications. “I’ve worked with Katie in some capacity for most of my career and I am absolutely thrilled that she is now part of our dynamic team as we expand our reach and capabilities.”

Katie and Maryann will be on-site at Aircraft Interiors Expo and World Travel Catering Expo April 8-10 in Hamburg, Germany, to support existing clients, liaise with press, and meet with new contacts.
